What you get
Self-serve your fleet and roster
Add vehicles and drivers, assign one to the other, and set your service areas and working hours yourself. Nothing there can override a compliance gate: a driver or vehicle without verified documents is not offered work, whatever the roster says.
Bid inside a guarded band
Each invitation carries a price band, and a better record widens it. Punctuality, acceptance rate and completed jobs move you between trust tiers, and the tier sets how much of the band you can use.
The same terms as everyone else
Commission, bidding bounds and tier rules come from platform-wide settings, not from a per-partner deal. There is no field in which a founding partner can be given better terms than a later one.
Paid on a fixed schedule
The winning bid is your payout. It settles through Stripe Connect on a published schedule, and every job’s payout line is visible in your control panel.
Work is awarded on a score
Not on the lowest number. The score combines punctuality, acceptance rate, proximity and trust tier alongside the price, and every job carries a floor no bid can go under.
Compliance is checked once, centrally
Licences, hire-and-reward insurance, MOT certificates and DBS checks are verified by ZeroLanes. An expired document removes that driver or vehicle from dispatch automatically, so nobody is working on a lapsed one without noticing.
Getting started
Onboarding is a review, not a sign-up form. You apply, we verify your licensing, insurance and company details, and your account is approved by a person. Until that is done you are not offered work.
